Shipping & Transport :

The goods are shipped from our warehouse in Herblay, France. Upon delivery, you must check the condition of the goods in the presence of the driver. The carrier may not hinder the exercise of this right. In case of damages, these must be the object of precise reserves on the delivery note, you must confirm within 48 hours by registered letter to the carrier and send a copy by e-mail to An Atoll for the replacement of the goods. We would like to remind you that the cardboard boxes cannot have any visible traces of shocks but that they may have been handled with brutality.

If, however, you choose to send the goods by a carrier of your choice, the transport is under your full responsibility.

For large exports (Asia, U.S.A, Middle East…), the goods are collected by your forwarding agent from our warehouse in Herblay and all customs formalities remain at the customer’s expense.

Reception, Claim & Return :

Any complaint about the delivery must imperatively be transmitted to us, accompanied by the reservations made to the carrier at the time of delivery on the same day that the delivery note is issued, within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the delivery. You will have to provide justification of the anomalies with supporting photos for your claim to be taken into account.

Beyond this period no claims will be accepted.

No goods may be returned or taken back without our prior agreement and at the expense of the recipient customer.

The products concerned must have been delivered less than a month ago and must be returned to us complete, in perfect condition for resale and in their original packaging. Any return accepted by us will be followed by a credit note, after verification of the returned products, from which the transport costs of the return will be deducted. Returns not complying with the above procedure will be sanctioned by the loss of the right to benefit from any credit note.

This credit will not be reimbursed but will be deductible from existing or future loans.
